Help with Refunding and Replacement
Want to know how to return books or other products that you have bought at KOOLSKOOL? Read our returns, replacements and exchanges policy below
You may return most new, unopened and unused items sold and fulfilled by KOOLSKOOL within 7 days of delivery for a refund in case of a manufacturing defect. Money spent for these items will be added as credit to your account using KOOLSKOOL's store credit system. You will be able to see this credited amount in your KOOLSKOOL account and use it to make further purchases.
You will need to pay for shipping of the items being returned to KOOLSKOOL. However, if the return is a result of KOOLSKOOL's error, we will pay for the return shipping the amount for which will be added to your store credit. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
Receiving a Refund
We will process the refund after we receive and process your return within 6 weeks of your package reaching us. In many cases, you may receive your refund sooner. This time period includes time:
- For us to receive your return from the shipper
- For us to process your return
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.You can view completed returns and refunds at the bottom of an order's summary page in Your Account. If the return and refund do not appear in Your Account within 6 weeks from the day you sent us your return, please contact us for help.
KOOLSKOOL does not accept returns of the following items:
- Computer laptops and desktops more than 10 days after delivery
- Downloadable software products
- Gift cards
- Pay As You Go (or prepaid) phone cards
- Prepaid game cards (e.g. World of Warcraft, Xbox 360 Live, Wii Points, etc.)
- Software modules for education consoles and tablets
- any other consumable (e.g. stationery) with the packet opened
